I wanted to thank you for going the extra mile to help me out. Barr 1 is unique in that not only do you stock what you list and ship super fast (good to be located in the middle of the country), but the knowledge you have from playing, instructing, and supplying all grade level bands and soloists was a huge help. Regardless of how experienced someone may be, having a supplier like you who knows trends, technologies (old and new), and what top bands and soloists use, along with a solid knowledge of value, means folks get exactly what they need. You probably know via the delivery confirmation that the K valves were delivered. But I wanted to thank you for you expeditious shipment. If I'm not mistaken, this is the 2nd set I've ordered from you. I had my pipe teacher instal and adjust the valves. The pipes work great. No more "fighting to be sure of a complete, clean strike in" and they cut out "on a dime". Don't be surprised if I order more sets in the future. Thanks again for getting them to me!

I want to pile up all my purchases and feedback to date and tell you all in this one paragraph. Hope it isn't too long for you.
I just sat down and started thinking what I have bought from you in the past 9 months or so. Let's see, McCallum AB2 Deluxe bagpipe set (Those are sweet playing and sounding pipes, Crozier reeds, single EZdrone tenor reed, Mad Dog pipe case (I love that thing because it holds all my music, reeds, mtce box w/black and yellow waxed & non-waxed yellow hemp, extra blow pipe valve, rubber chanter mouthpieces in both colors, reed box w/the Magarity reed (4), the PC reeds, the drone swabs and oil, the drone cord ties, and probably something else I'm leaving out.
You have been a very patient man with this new novice bagpiper and I really appreciate that congenial attitude. That shows me, along with the couple of times you met other vendor prices, that your customer service and business acumen is lacking in nothing. The T-shirt you enclosed that time is great and I "advertise" for you during all the good weather here in OK.
I hope your drumming career takes off like a rocket and takes you to the stars - you deserve it.
Oh, and I will be getting one of those kilts as soon as the Christmas season is over. I will be in touch.
